I’m open to adjusting my review rating, but I haven’t heard back from support in the last 24 hours. I installed the RAID recovery tool, and it recognized my RAID 5 setup with three disks. After three weeks of scanning, we retrieved our documents, and we just needed to get the license.

After purchasing an Office license, which is supposed to cover up to five disks, we registered it to recover our data from the three-disk volume. Unfortunately, we received an error message saying our license wasn’t sufficient for the number of disks, as it’s only valid for up to five.

We really need your help with this issue. I have some suggestions and am looking forward to your solutions as well.
